Returns & Exchanges policy

Here at Kyla Klarke collections HQ we hope that you love your pieces and are completely satisfied with your purchased item(s). To ensure you are happy with your item(s) we advise you check the products description, sizes, colours and style before purchasing. If you still have any questions about a product please feel free to contact me via email and I will be happy to help.




We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days received. Please email us first to discuss the process on returning your order back to us. All item(s) must be returned in their original condition, must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags still attached in its original packaging with your order number. Returns are subject to approval if item(s) are not in its original condition when returned then your return will be denied. Do not return any item(s) without contacting us via email first, if any items are sent without contacting and informing us then your return will not be approved.

Please note we can not take responsibility for lost post, so please ensure you send using a tracked service which you have proof of purchase for. Customers are responsible for covering returned postage costs. Once we have received and inspected your return we will issue a refund within 7 days. The original postage costs will be deducted.

Couture dresses and special occasion wear are only accepted for exchanges. This will be highlighted in the product description.

Sale, discounted, gift cards and swimwear items are not eligible for returns.



If you would like to exchange your item then once returned we will issue you a credit note for the amount of the items paid.





We ensure we do a full quality check before sending out any item(s). However if there is an error from our end such as we sent the wrong product, size or colour from what you ordered or the product is damaged, then please contact us via email and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue. You have 48 hours from when your order was received to contact us. Please send us a picture to along with your order number explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s). We will provide you with information on the process we take to replace your damaged item(s).
