Shipping & Cancellations policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter what country you live in. We offer worldwide shipping and send orders to hundreds of customers all around the world.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We currently have a large amount of orders. We are now working on a 3-5 day processing time for orders to be dispatched.
There are two stages for delivery time frame.
1. Processing time
Processing time includes: Order verification, picking, quality check and packaging. Our processing time for dispatching orders after placed is 3-5 working business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you have a special event and need your order dispatched earlier, then please contact us to see if it is possible for a faster dispatch time.
*If we need order/identity verification from you and we are waiting to receive your response via email, this can cause delay to the processing time. Your package will be dispatch after we have received verification.
2. Shipping time frame for orders that have been dispatched
UK will be between 1-7days after dispatch depending on shipping method selected) (up to 2 weeks during the Christmas period)
USA will be between 1-2 weeks after dispatch (7-31 days during the christmas period)
Worldwide will be between 1-3 weeks after dispatch (time depends on the country) (7-31 days during the christmas period)
*These times frame exclude any pre order items which could take between 3-4 weeks
We ship orders out at the earliest convenience for you to receive your order as quickly as possible. We use a Tracked and Signed for Royal mail service on all parcels worldwide. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Once you have received tracking information and the order has been dropped of at the post office, you can then keep track of your parcel’s status.
Please ensure you check your shipping details are correct before placing the order, as we are not responsible if the order has been dispatched and you inputted the wrong shipping address.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that due to Covid-19 and many cancelled flights worldwide, we are experiencing delays with arrival of our stock and also with shipping out parcels. We ask that you be patient at this time, but we can insure you that we will do our best to ship our your orders as soon as possible.
If ordering outside of the UK please take into consideration of possible customs issues. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs and therefore ask to ensure you have given yourself enough time when ordering for special occasions. If any post does not clear customs and is sent back to us we will refund the parcel.

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees. This is not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. The charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine if there will be any additional costs
- In the event that your parcel has not be claimed/refused/rejected by the receiver, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If delivery is still unsuccessful it will be left at at your local post office for pick up by the customer. The post office will give you sufficient time to pick up your parcel. Failure to retrieve your package will result in them returning to sender. If they return to sender charges will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling costs due to your refusal. This is non negotiable. You will receive your refund once we have received the parcel back from the post office. Original shipping paid will not be included in the refund.
Cancellations
Once you have placed, paid and we have dispatched your order we do not accept cancellations, or changes can not be made. However if you have an issue with your order before dispatch and need assistance then please contact us via email at info@kylaklarkecollection.com
